- 1. How can you extend the life span of metal through the use of Cryogenics?

By subjecting the substrates to < 300 degrees F and subsequently reheating it.
- 2. Why do you shot Peen the fracking heads / pumps?

To extend the duration of the metal by creating a compression effect on the surface.
- 3. Why do you blast the surface of metals with different media?

Each media has its own characteristics and is used for different purposes. Generally it is to Clean the surface, to create a profile and make ready for painting, or coating.
- 4. The Coating you use is expensive. Can you use cheaper paints for the same purpose?

Yes and No. Yes we prefer to use an expensive polymer because it is much stronger than the average epoxy, lasts up to ten times longer, is much less permeable and susceptible to damage.
- 5. Is your work guaranteed?

All of our work is guaranteed, our Road Tankers have a two guarantee against faulty materials and or workmanship. Usually for DOT Inspections the repairs are so minimal that we do not charge, but this largely depends on how an owner looks after their equipment.
